Passage Point at Copper Mountain
Built in 2000, Passage Point at Copper Mountain is the largest condominium building in the Center Village. Passage Point includes studios and one, two, and three bedroom condos ranging in size from 483 to 1,781 square feet. On the ground floor of Passage Point are a bank, a restaurant, and conference facilities. Passage Point has an indoor exercise facility, three heated outdoor pools, and there's underground parking. In 2007, nine 1-bedroom Passage Point condos sold at prices ranging from $270,000 to $450,000; the average sale price was $340,000. Eight 2-bedroom Passage Point condos sold at prices ranging from $408,000 to $569,000; the average price was $496,000. And one 3-bedroom Passage Point condo sold for $840,000. In 2008, one 1-bedroom Copper Mountain employee deed restricted Passage Point condo sold for $174,500. Three regular 1-bedroom Passage Point condos sold for $290,000, $315,000, and $327,500. Three 2-bedroom Passage Point condos sold for $460,000, $560,000, and $582,000. In 2009, one 1-bedroom Passage Point condo sold for $289,500.
