Copper One Lodge at Copper Mountain

Built in 1999, Copper One Lodge at Copper Mountain is located directly at the base of the ski slopes, with the American Eagle Chairlift just out front, and the American Flyer Chairlift close by, for ski-in, ski-out access. On the ground floor and second floor of Copper One Lodge are lift ticket windows, skier services, activity offices, retail stores, ski shops, a coffee shop, a restaurant & bar, the Copper Chamber information center, and guest services. Copper One Lodge includes studios, and one and two bedroom condos ranging in size from 510 to 1,060 square feet. Parking is underground. In 2006, two Copper One Lodge studios sold for $206,000 and $219,000. Two 1-bedroom Copper One Lodge condos sold for $240,000 and $262,000. And, four 2-bedroom Copper One Lodge condos sold for $420,000, $427,000, $470,000 and $485,000.

In 2007, one Copper One Lodge studio sold for $269,000. Three 1-bedroom Copper One Lodge condos sold for $345,000, $395,000, and $430,000. And, four 2-bedroom Copper One Lodge condos sold for $390,000, $495,000, $539,000, and $625,000.

In 2008, there were no reports of Copper One Lodge sales.
