I'm Bruce Routman, a Realtor® and Copper Mountain home owner. I'm a graduate of Dartmouth College, a dedicated skier, and a former licensed home builder. It's a buyer's market and buyers are in a stronger negotiating position now than anytime in the last five years. The few recorded sales so far this year do not show a pattern of lower prices paid than in prior years, but with 300% more inventory on market, and so few buyers, now is the time to negotiate!
