The Woods at Copper Mountain

Built from 1986 to 1991, The Woods at Copper Creek Townhomes include two, three, and four bedroom townhomes, all with one-car garages. The Woods at Copper Creek Townhomes range in size from 1,320 to 2,250 square feet. The link to The Woods HOA web site is www.copper-pola.org/woodslegends.htm.

In 2006, one 2-bedroom The Woods townhome, with 1,374 square feet, sold for $550,000. A 3-bedroom The Woods townhome, with 1,516 square feet, sold for $610,000. And a 3-bedroom The Woods townhome, with 2,227 square feet, sold for $780,000.

In 2007 and 2008, there have been no reported sales at The Woods.

Directions: From Copper Road, turn left just before the East Village at Golf Course Drive, then an immediate left again for Units 1-13 which face Copper Road and which back to the pond. For Units 14-39, continue on Golf Course Drive and along Fairway Lane.
