I'm Bruce Routman, Broker/Owner of Columbia Properties. I'm an experienced Realtor and Accredited Buyer Representative.

I'm a graduate of Dartmouth College, and I've lived in Colorado for more than 15 years. Skiing and mountain biking are my favorite activities.

I'm a former homebuilder and licensed general contractor in El Paso County (Summit County) and Douglas County (Castle Rock). These are some of the homes I built in Colorado.

You may recognize the home shown below, which is in Larkspur, Colorado, just north of Summit County. It's the famous "Not So Big House," featured in the best-selling books of the same name, which I rebuilt under license from architect/author Sarah Susanka.
