Lewis Ranch Copper Mountain

Lewis Ranch is Copper Mountain's newest, most exclusive gated-access, ski-in ski-out community, with building lots for sale since 2004 and single-family homes for sale starting in 2007.

In 2007, one Lewis Ranch single-family home, with 2,628 square feet, sold for $1.8 million.

In 2008, one Lewis Ranch townhome, with 3,357 square feet, sold for $2.0 million.

Some Lewis Ranch home sales are not reported in the MLS and are therefore not reported here.

From 2004 through 2007, thirteen Lewis Ranch lots sold at prices ranging from $462,000 to $995,000. These lots ranged in size from 7,971 to 15,681 square feet.

Directions: Enter the resort on Copper Road and at the traffic circle, stay to the right on Beeler Place. The entrance to Lewis Ranch at Copper Mountain is at the end of the road.
