In 2006, three 3-bedroom Beeler Place townhomes sold for $383,000, $399,000, and $432,000. One 4-bedroom Beeler Place townhome sold for $600,000.

In 2007 and 2008, there were no reported sales at Beeler Place.

Directions: Enter the resort on Copper Road and at the traffic circle, stay to the right on Beeler Place. The Beeler Place Townhomes are the second complex on the right side of the road, just after Telemark Lodge.
