Summit House Location

Summit House is located a 5-minute walk from Center Village. It's a great location, close to the restaurants and shops and entertainment in Center Village at Copper, but without the noise and crowds of being in the Center Village itself. It's just minutes to the American Eagle & Flyer lifts in Center Village, and an even shorter walk to the Pitchfork lift (for beginners) where you can traverse over to the Super Bee lift for Copper's intermediate & advanced ski terrain. You can ski via the Condo Access ski run back to Summit House.

The Condo

Summit House 304 is a quiet, 750 sq. ft. corner unit, thoroughly remodeled and updated. There's a brand new 47" 1080p HDTV in the living room, along with a Blu-ray disk and upconverting DVD player to 1080p. There's a 26" HDTV in the bedroom. And there's wireless security-protected high-speed internet for your exclusive use (not shared public access) - so bring your laptop!

The spacious bedroom features a king size bed, a 26" HDTV, and a sitting area. This bedrom is nearly twice the size of typical condo bedrooms at Copper, and makes a longer stay more comfortable.

The kitchen features cherry cabinets, a Bosch glass top convection range/oven, an ultra-quiet KitchenAid dishwasher, and halogen lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped!

The Japanese-style soaking tub (with overhead shower) is a great after-ski experience. It has a 60-gallon capacity and is certainly big enough for two! There's never a shortage of fresh hot water with the building's supply system. The walls of the bath are bamboo, and the floors are travertine marble. (Across the hallway is a shared-use dry sauna and shower. Coin-op laundry units are located on the floor above and below.)

Directions & Parking

Enter Copper Mountain Resort and after passing Copper Lodging Check-in, turn left at Ten Mile Circle and left again at Guller Road. Summit House is the first building on your left, it has blue siding; it is also directly east of the Copper Mountain Parking Structure. Pull straight in to the reserved space for Unit 304. You may park one additional vehicle in the general parking area.
